About the BDE Role at Blocsys, Pune

We are actively looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our growing team at Blocsys Technologies in Pune, Maharashtra. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Nanded City, Pune office.

As a BDE at Blocsys, you will be at the forefront of selling our blockchain, Web3, and AI-powered platform solutions to international and domestic clients. You will work alongside a passionate team of blockchain developers and product engineers to identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our Pune operations.

This role is perfect for freshers or early-career professionals with a strong interest in technology, B2B sales, and the fast-moving world of blockchain and Web3 in Pune's growing IT ecosystem.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and qualify new business leads through online research, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and digital prospecting platforms — focusing on international B2B clients
  • Conduct outreach campaigns targeting potential clients interested in blockchain development, Web3 solutions, DeFi platforms, and AI-powered automation
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads, tracking progress in CRM tools and reporting weekly to the sales team in Pune
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls, product demos, and follow-up meetings with potential clients across global time zones
  • Collaborate with Blocsys's technical team in Pune to prepare customised proposals and presentations for prospects
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the blockchain and AI portfolio
  • Monitor industry trends in blockchain, Web3, DeFi, NFT, and AI markets to stay ahead of the competition and identify new market entry points from Pune
  • Represent Blocsys at virtual and in-person networking events, conferences, and Pune-based startup meetups
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the business development leadership team
